When is this useful?

A locker is ideal if you want to keep valuables safe while attending concerts, avoid carrying extra clothes all day, and prefer a reliable on-site storage solution.

Access

Full Festival lockers are accessible during the full opening hours of the festival site.

Single Day lockers are accessible from 12:00 PM to 4:00 AM the following morning.

  • Lockers are provided and operated by Volt, with on-site support available during festival opening hours.
  • For questions outside festival hours, please contact support@getvolt.dk.

What can I store in my locker?
You can store valuables, extra clothing, small bags, and personal items that fit within the locker dimensions.

Can I access my locker multiple times during the day?
Yes. You can access your locker as often as you like during the rental period and opening hours.

If I book Single Day lockers for multiple days, will I get the same locker?
No. Single Day lockers are assigned per day, so booking multiple days does not guarantee the same locker. If you want the same locker throughout the festival, we recommend booking a Music Days locker, which gives you one dedicated locker for the entire period.

Is my locker secure?
Yes. Each locker has a personal access code, and the locker area is monitored daily.

What happens if I forget my access code?
Your locker number and access code will be sent by email and SMS before your rental period starts. If you experience issues, on-site support can help.

Can I charge my phone inside the locker?
No, the lockers do not have power outlets.
If you need a mobile charging solution during the festival, you can use our Volt Charging Service.

Do I need to empty the locker when I’m done?
Yes. Please leave the locker empty, closed, and locked at the end of your rental period, so it’s ready for the next guest — and not mistaken for a trashcan.

Do you offer lockers with cooling?
Yes. If you need to keep food or drinks cold, consider our Cool Locker, which provides temperature-controlled storage during the festival.

  • Lockers are accessible during the festival’s full opening hours.
  • Locker number and access code will be sent by email shortly before your rental period starts.
  • Lockers are monitored daily.
  • Lockers must be left empty, closed, and locked at the end of the rental period. Failure to do so may result in additional handling or restricted access to future bookings.
  • Use of the locker is at your own risk.
  • Volt is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by misuse of the locker.
